You have turned the corner when you can observe this and recognize quantum cosmology and not "the hand of God"...
Of all the ham-handed attempts at deception, the failed co-option of the writings of Jewish historian Flavius Josephus ranks
as one of the most comical. Not only are the blatant christian post-insertions of acknowledgement of the Jesus character
in two places in Josephus' "Antiquities of the Jews" easy to detect, but a failed appearance of similar acknowledgememt in
his previous work "Jewish War" -- dealing with the Roman/Jewish conflicts in Palastine circa 70 CE -- corroborates
the notion of manufactured history on the part of 2nd century and later christians with this (20-year later) effort.
This is not surprising, however, as the sheer absence of mention of the Jesus character in ANY period history --
at least in documents not subject to christian shenanigans -- speaks volumes as to the likelihood that such a historical figure
(especially one with so much attendant christian legend) never actually existed. The invention of this core figure was, in fact,
a necessary component of the dogma so desperately marketed to the Roman Empire and recommended as its monotheistic, replacement, state religion.
Maybe less reading OF the bible, and more reading ABOUT the bible, is in order...
Above all else, exercise your reason. The Siren song of religion is an emotional call to faith which subverts self-determination
and substitutes an apocryphal promise of postponed reward. Swampland realtors shy from such presumption and audacity...
